Thank You for 17 Incredible Years
After 17 years of serving our community with custom web design and content management solutions, Coastal CMS will be closing its doors in early 2025. It has been an honor to work with so many incredible clients—helping businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs bring their digital visions to life.
This decision was not made lightly, and we want to assure you that we are committed to a smooth transition. Over the coming months, we will personally reach out to each client to discuss next steps and ensure you have the support needed for a seamless shift to another solution.
We are deeply grateful for your trust, partnership, and the relationships we’ve built along the way. Your success has been our success, and we are proud of what we’ve accomplished together.

The highlight of 2024 has been our exciting work with the Oklahoma Aerospace and Defense Innovation Institute (OADII). Through a consulting agreement with RK Rand, LLC, we have supported OADII’s strategic planning, website refresh, and MS Teams deployment—critical initiatives to strengthen Oklahoma’s role in aerospace and defense.
Our long-standing relationships with RK Rand, LLC, and Thinkenomics LLC, dating back to 2017, have continued to provide rewarding projects. We are proud to support strategic initiatives that drive innovation and look forward to additional opportunities in 2025.
For our long-term clients, we remain committed to providing the best support possible. Our Content Management System continues to run seamlessly across all servers, and in 2024, we once again achieved an impressive 100% uptime.
Another successful year for Coastal CMS, and we are grateful for all who have been part of this journey. Thank you!
2019
2018 turned out to be a fantastic year for our company. We completed our contracts with the Air Force an once again are very proud to have worked with the great patriots serving our county in the United States Air Force. Our training program has, to date, been delivered to over 90,000 Airman! This seems incredible to us and rewarding beyond anything we thoght possible. We have concluded all our work with the United States military.
Beginning in January 2019, we will accept new clients once again! We look forward to ...
